Our industry is experiencing significant waste of time and money across many design and construction workflows.

Thanks to Plannerly our industry is able to skip the hassle of BEP creation, defining and assigning scope of work through compiling a visual LOD Matrix, using electronic cards to do the right BIM planning, and finally monitoring of BIM project progress and deliverables through task timeline.

We know how BIM Execution Plans are difficult to put together correctly and maintain so that they reflect the accurate situation of a project.
We also know how poorly defined scope can negatively impact a BIM project, which often ends up in poor design, low quality construction, low quality as-built deliverables and finally disputes.

Tracking progress of all the BIM uses, BIM modeling and construction tasks is difficult and requires many different kinds of software and tools that are not collaborative and not centralized.
As a result, we all experience the issue of working in a silo, wasting time and money on coordination, official submittal and review processes.

Although BIM models can now be shared on-line and commented on by all stakeholders at the same time, the documentation around it still goes through traditional labor consuming channels.
