RECORD PHOTOGRAPHY

Record Photography has the purpose of capturing the existing conditions at all major stages of your project, to help with the future localization of invisible after construction elements, like: studs, piping, electrical cables, valves, sensors, ducts, etc.

A 360° camera captures 3-dimensional pictures of “raw” conditions” of a new-built or renovated spaces, before walls, floors and ceilings are closed. 

Record Photography may also be a part of a BIM -O&M – FM integration process by attaching the pictures to the 3D model elements.
